About Me

My name is Hannah Callen, owner and photographer of Callen Creative Photography. I have always had a passion for photography, but I did not decide to grow that passion into a business until I had my miracle daughter. She made that passion I have grow tenfolds! I spent the first year of her life documenting all of the precious memories-telling a story of the beautiful moments in life so they are never forgotten.

I am married to the love of my life for 10 years! I am originally from South Louisiana but my husband and I made new roots here in the Dallas area 7 years ago. We are cancer survivors and met while we were undergoing treatment as teenagers. We have both been in remission for over 10 years, but unfortunately we were left unable to grow a family of our own the traditional way. In 2019, we embarked on an amazing journey that took us to Eastern Europe to do IVF which is how we conceived our miracle daughter. My little girl, Kamryn, is 3 years old now, and she is the light of my life and the miracle I always wished and prayed for. She is the reason I took my passion for photography into a business.

I enjoy telling a story through photography and capturing real life moments that will last a lifetime. I specialize in family & children, couples & engagements, maternity, lifestyle newborn, seniors & individual portraits. I am proud to provide my clients with a studio and an always growing client closet!
